How to Whitelist SiteSuraksha in Cloudflare and Server Firewalls

Security plugins and web application firewalls (WAFs) block automated traffic by default. If your firewall blocks SiteSuraksha, uptime monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and automated backups will fail.

Allowlisting SiteSuraksha ensures smooth maintenance without lowering security for real attacks.

When to Whitelist SiteSuraksha

You should whitelist SiteSuraksha IP addresses if you use:

• Cloudflare WAF or Bot Management
• Wordfence Security or iThemes Security
• Server-level firewalls (UFW, iptables, fail2ban)
• Hosting security layers (AWS WAF, DigitalOcean Firewalls, RunCloud)

Add the following official IP addresses to your firewall allowlists:

Primary Ingress / Monitoring: 103.86.176.182
Secondary Verification Node:   13.235.45.112

Configuration Guides for Common Firewalls

1. Whitelisting in Cloudflare WAF

1. Sign in to your Cloudflare dashboard and select your domain.
2. Go to Security → WAF → Custom Rules.
3. Create a rule named Allow SiteSuraksha.
4. Define criteria: Field: IP Source Address Operator: is in Value: 103.86.176.182.
5. Set action to Skip (Skip all remaining WAF components).
6. Click Deploy.

2. Whitelisting in Wordfence

1. Open your WordPress admin dashboard and go to Wordfence → All Options.
2. Expand General Wordfence Options.
3. Locate Whitelisted IP addresses that bypass all rules.
4. Enter 103.86.176.182 and 13.235.45.112 separated by a comma.
5. Save changes.
