1. Unlimited 30-Minute Content Edits — Fair-Use Policy

Pro and Enterprise plans include Unlimited 30-Minute Content Edits. This policy defines qualifying task parameters, request batching rules, and explicit exclusions:

Qualifying 30-Minute Tasks

  • Editing text, headings, or paragraph copy across existing pages and posts.
  • Swapping or uploading images, banners, logos, and graphics.
  • Adding blog posts, WooCommerce products, or portfolio items (client provides media and copy).
  • Adjusting navigation menus, header links, footer text, or widget content.
  • Minor CSS adjustments (tweaking button colors, font sizes, margins, padding).
  • Updating or configuring basic plugin options and settings.

Batching & Queue Rules

  • Tasks must be submitted individually via WhatsApp, Email, or Support Portal.
  • Single Active Task Rule: 1 active task is executed at a time per website. Upon completion, the next queued task is immediately picked up.
  • Standard Turnaround: Most 30-minute tasks are completed within 4–8 business hours.

Explicit Exclusions

  • Custom PHP software/plugin development or database architecture modification (>1 hr).
  • Full website theme redesigns, page rebuilds, or site migrations.
  • Third-party API integrations, payment gateway development, or custom SQL script creation.
  • Original graphic design, video editing, or copywriting from scratch.

2. Data Backup, Retention & Security Policy

  • Backup Frequency: Daily automated full-site snapshot backups (files + database). High-volume WooCommerce stores on Pro/Enterprise receive real-time database snapshotting.
  • Retention Period: Daily snapshots are retained for 30 days. Monthly archive snapshots are retained for 12 months.
  • Storage & Data Residency: Backups are stored with AES-256 encryption at rest on offsite storage located strictly within Mumbai and Kochi, India (Secure Cloud Architecture).
  • Restore Testing Frequency: SiteSuraksha executes monthly automated dry-run restoration tests to an isolated staging sandbox to verify 100% database & media integrity.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We maintain a simple, transparent subscription model with zero long-term lock-in contracts.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancel anytime with 7 days written notice prior to your next billing date.
  • Service remains active through the end of the paid billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, a complete export archive of your WordPress database and media files is provided.

Refund Policy

No Refunds: Services and maintenance subscriptions are non-refundable once engineering onboarding or active monthly maintenance begins. All plans operate month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent subsequent renewal charges. Service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

All core WordPress FinOps and IT services are delivered digitally within 24–48 hours of subscription confirmation. Physical merchandise (Swag Shop) is shipped via BlueDart or DTDC across India with free shipping on all orders.
